Support / Inventory
Connect SkuLabs
With your SkuLabs API token saved, UpfitOS shows your own warehouse stock levels on SKU lookups and the inventory tab. The connection is read-only: UpfitOS reads stock levels and never modifies your SkuLabs inventory.
What you need
- An active SkuLabs subscription with a login at skulabs.com
- An owner login for your UpfitOS site
Get your API token from SkuLabs
-
Log in to your SkuLabs dashboard at skulabs.com.
-
Open your account settings and look for the API section.
If you can't find it, SkuLabs support can point you to it or enable API access on your plan.
-
Generate a new API token, or copy the existing one. Treat it like a password.
Caution
The API token is a full credential for your SkuLabs account. Never send it by email or text — not even to us. Type it directly into the UpfitOS setup page, and nowhere else.
Enter it in UpfitOS
-
Log in to your UpfitOS site as the shop owner and go to Settings → Integrations. Only the owner login can open this page.
-
On the SkuLabs card, paste the token into the API token field. It's the only field on this card.
-
Click Save. The token is stored encrypted and the app never shows it again — from now on the field displays a
(saved)placeholder, and leaving it blank on a later save keeps the stored token. -
Click Test connection. UpfitOS runs a small read-only stock lookup against SkuLabs and shows the result right on the card. A pass here means your stock levels are flowing.
If the test fails, re-copy the token from SkuLabs — a partial paste is the usual cause — and save again; saving overwrites what's stored. If it still fails, the token may have been revoked on the SkuLabs side: generate a fresh one, or email support@upfitos.com.
