What "everything included" means

Unified customer texting and email on one contact record. Work orders. Installed-price packages. Live Turn 14 Distribution parts pricing and SkuLabs shelf stock on the line item. Digital inspections. Scheduling and the job board. Tech time against the job. Job photos. QuickBooks Online sync. Follow-up automation on declined work. All of it, at the price above.

No per-user charges

Put every advisor, every tech, and the owner in the system. The price doesn't move. A shop that grows from three techs to six pays the same $300.

No contract, cancel anytime

Month to month. There's a free trial before you pay anything, and no setup fee — we do the onboarding, including getting your menu built and your parts and accounting connections tested.

One honest exception: if your shop needs an integration we haven't built yet — a distributor, a tint-film supplier, an accounting system other than QuickBooks Online — that custom work may carry a small one-time setup fee and a small monthly add. We'll quote it before we build it, and it's the only thing on this page that isn't included.

Texting takes carrier registration

Two-way texting from a shop number requires the carriers to register your business first — that's a US-wide rule for every platform that sends business SMS, not something specific to us. It's typically live in a matter of days when your business paperwork is in order (legal name, EIN, address, and a website that matches). We fill out the registration with you and chase it until the number is live. Your unified inbox, email, and everything else work from day one while that's in flight.

How that compares

The general-repair platforms publish entry prices in the $199–$279 range, which reads cheaper than $300 until you look at what the entry tier actually includes. Two-way customer texting — the thing most shops are shopping for in the first place — is gated behind the mid-to-upper tier at three of the five biggest vendors: AutoLeap at $349, Shop-Ware at $389, Tekmetric at $439, and AutoVitals in a CRM package around $489. Shopmonkey includes texting at entry, and then charges per seat on top.

So the honest comparison isn't $300 against $199. It's $300 against the tier you'd actually have to buy — which is where the module stacking that shop owners complain about comes from. Ours is one line on one invoice.
