Connect your shop's accounts
Guides for connecting your shop's own accounts to UpfitOS — email, parts pricing, and warehouse stock. Each one takes a few minutes, and every credential is entered on one page inside the app: Settings → Integrations.
Stuck on any step? Email support@upfitos.com and a person will get back to you.

Using the Integrations page
Where it lives, who can open it, and how saving and testing a connection works.
Jump to overview ↓Using the Integrations page
Every guide on this page ends in the same place: your UpfitOS site → Settings → Integrations. A few things to know before you start:
-
Owner login required. The Integrations page holds live account credentials, so only the shop owner can open it. Managers and techs will see a permission message instead.
-
One card per connection. The page shows a card for each account you can connect — Gmail, Turn 14 Distribution, and SkuLabs — with a status chip: Not configured, Configured, or Disabled.
-
Secrets are write-only. Passwords, keys, and tokens are stored encrypted and are never shown again after you save. On a configured card the password box shows a
(saved)placeholder; leaving it blank and saving keeps the stored value. -
Test connection is your proof. Every card has a Test connection button that checks the saved credentials against the real service and shows the result right on the card. Use it after every save.
-
Disable, don't delete. A configured card can be disabled and re-enabled. Disabling stops UpfitOS from using your credentials but keeps them stored for when you switch back on.
Keep credentials off the wire
App passwords, client secrets, and API tokens are full credentials for your accounts. Never send one by email or text — not even to us. Type it straight into the Integrations page; that is the only place it belongs.
